Scar Tissue

Thanks to my friend Janice for the direction and pointing me here, I hope you enjoy the pieces of me that I leave here and the journey that's made me who I am and what I am. Its a journey a lot of us share though we have never met or talked we have walked in the same footsteps, For those that have walked this with me whether beside me or behind thank you!

I was born in Northern Virginia in a town called Annandale, It was a Blue Collar Red Blooded American town nestled just a short drive from our Nations Capitol. It was an interesting start to an interesting life filled with the best and worst of times just like us all. I am the second son of a second son, my older brother Steven died before I was born from Pneumonia, I have two sisters and was the "Baby" of the family my dad would always tease because at 6'4 and 280pounds I was a big un!
Growing up back then was so much different than today and I truly wish my kids and yours had the same chances to live and fail and survive like I did.  And so will begin my little blog of the things that make up me.
Dont let the name fool you, Scar Tissue is something we all have so for right now I want to show you mine and maybe later you will show yours?
As we age in life we soon learn that some scars are badges of honor, we survived and healed and they are with us to remind us what not to do again unless it was worth it! Kind of like kids!
